Before using a CRM in JICS, make sure JICS Base and the CRM are configured to Y (turned on) on the Maintain Config Table window in EX.
1. Open the Maintain Config Table window.
2. Locate the appropriate rows and set the Configuration Value to Y (ENABLED):

3. Save.
If your organization is already using JICS with other CRM capabilities, the JICS Base may already be enabled.
Each CRM is licensed. To see which CRMs are included in your license, go to the EX menu and click Help > About > License Info.
