This portlet allows the JICS Administrator to create combinations of divisions and majors (identified in EX as "programs") and to set up admission personnel assignments. The defined assignments are utilized by portlets in both CRM Candidate and CRM Admissions Officer.
· In CRM Candidate, you can use these assignments to specify the persons who will receive email messages concerning a requested contact or visit initiated by the Candidate. Then when a Candidate makes a request via the Initiate Contact portlet, an email message is sent to the Admissions Administrator or Officer/Counselor assigned to the division/major combination which the candidate has defined in their current candidacy.
· In CRM Admissions Officer, these assignments can allow Admissions Officers and Counselors to search for Candidates within the specified division and major combination.
